Duncan Singano is a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Commercial practice. Duncan handles a wide range of complex commercial transactions ranging from: merges and acquisitions to loan and facility agreements, structured and finance agreements, PPP transactions, state development agreements and mining. The majority of Duncan’s transactional work has cross-border elements. Duncan holds an LLB (Hons) obtained from University of Malawi.
