Reuben Kumwenda is a Principal Associate in our Corporate & Commercial practice. He joined Savjani and Co as an associate in 2018. He was promoted to Principal Associate in 2021. Rueben has handled corporate and commercial matters (for both domestic and international clients) ranging from company law, competition law, due diligences, employment law, energy, financial services laws, insurance law, and land transactions, among others.  Reuben has developed some experience in the novel area of payment systems laws in Malawi. Rueben holds an LLB(Hons) from University of Western Cape.
